Patriot Machine is a woman-owned business founded in 1991 by Judy and Bob Burns, current President and Vice President, respectively. We are a Tier 1 supplier of both commercial and defense aerospace products. Our core competencies include complex structural parts made from aluminum, titanium and steel, as well as the related assemblies. Since incorporation, Patriot Machine has grown on sound financial management and technical expertise to 160+ employees and is headquartered in St. Charles with 277,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space across three facilities.

Patriot’s products include simple to complex prototypes and production parts in both aluminum and hard metal. We build complex jigs and fixtures of all sizes and provide engineering services, along with many other complementing services for the aerospace industry.
