Patriot has a world-class group of Numerical Control programmers with diverse and comprehensive skill sets, capable of analyzing complex geometry and developing the most appropriate multi-axis cutter motions for our suite of 3, 4, 5, and 6-axis machine tools.

The programmers’ extensive experience is coupled with state-of-the-art engineering systems and quality control procedures to ensure the timely and accurate completion of detailed aerospace structures.
We have well-established manufacturing planning and CAD/CAM systems for developing optimal manufacturing processes.
PC-DMIS programs generated from NX allow for the evaluation of datums and tolerances and facilitate the inspection of complex aerospace parts.
